What is the difference between an event planner and an event designer?

The planner deals with the logistical portion of your event like coordination, budget allocation and negotiations. They create timelines to keep you on track, hire other vendors and setup appointments. A designer deals with all the aesthetics components of your event like designing stationery, décor, lighting, floral design, dessert table, tablescape, In simpler terms a designers job is to make your event look great.

Do you offer planning services?

No, many venues offer a site coordinator that can handle all the logistics of the event the day of and we are happy to work together with them to execute the perfect look that we have created just for you. We also enjoy collaborating with planners because is the perfect combination of logistical and great design with an expertise on each field.

Do you offer complimentary consultation?

Yes! There is no obligation or fee for a first time meeting to discuss your event. After our complementary consultation, where we learn your needs and wants we will create an itemized quote for you.

Do you offer packages?

No, because we believe that every event is different therefore each one is approached differently. You can hire us for full service design or just to do your stationery, floral, setup, or custom designed projects. Just tell us what you need and we can tell you what we can do for you.

I already have a florist that my venue requires me to use can we still work together?

Absolutely. Even though we offer in house floral design service we are completely open to work with any other florist of your choice.

Do you travel?

Yes, we love traveling! We are located in New York City, but can travel to help you achieve the perfect look and execution of your event.
